Executive Summary

If this executive proposal passes, the following MIP status changes will occur:

• MIP50: Direct Deposit Module will move to Accepted status.
• MIP51: Monthly Governance Cycle will move to Accepted status.
• MIP4c2-SP14: MIP0 Amendments will move to Accepted status.
• SES-001, Sustainable Ecosystem Scaling Core Unit Proposals will move to Accepted status.
  • MIP39c2-SP10: Mandate will move to Accepted Status.
  • MIP40c3-SP10: Budget of 384,493 DAI per month will move to Accepted Status.
  • MIP41c4SP10: Facilitator Onboarding of juanjuan will move to Accepted Status.
• 1,153,480 DAI will be transferred from the Surplus Buffer to the SES Auditors Wallet, to be distributed to the SES-001 Core Unit on a monthly basis.

Voting for this executive proposal will place your MKR in support of the changes and additions outlined above.

This Executive Vote will be valid for 4 days then it will expire and have no effect on the Maker Protocol, even if it should later pass.

As a continuous approval vote, the proposal will pass when the number of votes in favor surpasses the votes in favor of the previously leading proposal.

In addition, the following DAI distributions will be made:

• 1,153,480 DAI will be transferred from the Surplus Buffer to the SES Auditors Wallet, to be distributed to the SES-001 Core Unit on a monthly basis.
• The SES Auditors Wallet is located at 0x87AcDD9208f73bFc9207e1f6F0fDE906bcA95cc6.
