Governance Polls: Ratifications

The Maker Foundation Interim Risk Team has placed a series of Governance Polls into the voting system which presents a Dai Savings Rate Spread adjustment, a Dai Stability Fee adjustment, a Debt Ceiling adjustment, a Sai Stability Fee adjustment, and a Surplus Auction adjustment.
Poll: Dai Savings Rate Spread Adjustment
The Maker Foundation Interim Risk Team has placed a Governance Poll into the voting system which presents a number of possible Dai Savings Rate Spread options. Voters are now able to signal their support for a Dai Savings Rate Spread within a range of 0% to 4%.
This Governance Poll (FAQ) will be active for three days beginning on Monday, February 17 at 5 PM UTC, the results of which may inform an Executive Vote which will go live on Friday, February 21, at 5 PM UTC.

This Governance Poll (FAQ) will be active for three days beginning on Monday, February 17, the results of which may inform an Executive Vote which will go live on Friday, February 21, at 5 PM UTC.
As outlined in the "Debt Ceiling" section of the previously ratified Migration Risk Construct proposal, the Interim Risk Team is putting forth a governance proposal to raise the MCD Dai Debt Ceiling to 150 million.

The Maker Foundation Interim Risk Team has placed a Governance Poll into the voting system which presents a number of possible Sai Stability Fee options. Voters are now able to signal their support for a Sai Stability Fee within a range of 5% to 13%.

The Maker Foundation Interim Governance Facilitator has placed a Governance Poll into the voting system to alter the minimum bid increase for Surplus Auctions.

This Governance Poll (FAQ) will be active for three days beginning on Monday, February 17, the results of which may inform an Executive Vote which will go live on Friday, February 21, at 5 PM UTC.
Currently, Surplus Auctions (FLAPs) require Keepers to bid in increments of greater than 3% for each new bid. If this proposal passes, the minimum bid necessary would be reduced to 2%.
